Face Masks
In line with official guidance, we continue to maintain safety measures to keep our clients and staff safe. We ask both our staff as well as our clients to wear face masks. We have plenty of medical-grade masks available if you forget yours.
Social distancing
We continue following the 2-meter rule onsite and all chairs are positioned 2 meters apart with a perspex screen between them. All appointments have a minimum of 10 minutes between them to allow disinfecting of chairs, equipment and workstations. You will also be provided with a disposable cape that will be disposed of at the end of your appointment. Windows are kept open throughout the day and we have adequate heating and ventilation that keeps the temperature just right.
Contact Tracing
Before your appointment, we will phone you to get assurance from you that you are symptom-free and have not been in close contact with any suspected or confirmed case of covid. If you show symptoms of covid on the day of your appointment, please do not come into the salon until you feel better. Unfortunately, we will cancel your appointment if you have symptoms. All clients and visitors are encouraged to scan the NHS QR Code upon entry, also, we have a visitors’ book in case someone has not downloaded the App yet. If there are any confirmed covid cases amongst our staff, we will contact whoever had an appointment with them ASAP.
